Made from lightweight organic cotton, this flared-hem skirt dances even if you're standing still. Six sewn-in panels with side-seam ties adjust the hem length; the skirt secures with a side tie closure at the on-seam pocket. Other pockets: one envelope and a drop-in with a button closure.
