Have arch problems have plantar facilitis and bought these shoes to walk Ireland in May. Will never take them off. No break in time but wore thick walking socks with them and everything else might have ached on my body at the end of the day but not my feet. May is still damp and chilly in Ireland and these let my feet breathe but kept them warm.
