I've tried trail running shoes from Vasque (Blur), Asics (Trail Attack) and Brooks (Cascadia). The Fireblade is my favorite. It is lightweight, stable, and provides great traction on the rock/dirt trails near my home in Utah. The Fireblade runs a bit small; buy it up a half size.
