Awsome for feet with issues. Have used these for over 1 year and would buy them for the rest of my life, my foot issues have gone away. Of course, these must be combined with the "right" shoe for best effect on foot issues - but these let you avoid buying custom orthotics and are wonderful. I really notice when I wear a pair of shoes without these.
