Description of Armada ANT Big Mountain Skis '09

It's been noted that, despite all the interesting design concepts floating around powder skis these days, we've come a long way on good ol' bomber fat skis. Anthony Boronowski couldn't agree more, which is why his signature ski is built to do one simple thing: haul ass in the backcountry. The ABS Sidewall construction translates power directly and the profile—a whopping 133 mm in the shovel—plows through uncut snow no matter how fluffy or wind-beaten it is. We used our Ultra Light Core and 1.7 Edge to make sure The Ant tackles any terrain you throw at it like a tank without weighing as much as a tank.
