Shipping

your order shipped to an address not
listed on your credit card account can
delay the processing of your order.
For reasons of security, we do not automatically
ship out orders to addresses that are
not listed on your credit card account.
When an order like this is received
it is placed in the Credit Card Fraud
Prevention Queue .
If you would like to avoid this extra process, you have the following

does sell out. This usually happens when
two or more customers order the same item
at the same time, before our computer has
a chance to update itself. If this happens
to your order, you will be notified in a
timely manner (usually the same or next
day), and we will offer you suggestions
on the closest thing available. .

be notified on the same day that their partial

UNUSED ITEMS,
with all of the original tags and packaging
must be post-marked to us within 15 days
of receiving your order for a full refund,
minus $8.00 restocking fee ($20.00 on tents,
sleeping bags, large backpacks, snowboard
boots and bindings, and ski boots and bindings.
$25.00 on snowboards, skis and wakeboards.)

that are returned after the 15 day time
frame will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
