anniversary of the US Outdoor Store. The

Shipping

Having
your order shipped to an address not
listed on your credit card account can
delay the processing of your order.
For reasons of security, we do not automatically
ship out orders to addresses that are
not listed on your credit card account.
When an order like this is received
it is placed in the Credit Card Fraud
Prevention Queue .
If you would like to avoid this extra process, you have the following
option :
Have your order shipped to your billing address.
Contact your credit card company and have them add your shipping address to your account.
Extra security measures have been put into place for customers that ask us to ship to a different address than is listed on the credit card.
Please follow these 3 simple steps listed below:
1. Your credit card will be charged a small random amount, which will be credited towards your total purchase.
2. Next, simply contact your credit card company. Once you have obtained the small random amount, return to your "My Account" page and enter the amount where indicated.
3. Once the small random amount is verified, we will charge the remaining balance to your card, and ship your order either that same day or on the next business day.
These measures eliminate any unauthorized
use of your card, so shopping with us
is always safe and secure.
International

International
orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide.
The actual shipping charge is queried from
the UPS Rate Servers and displayed, so you
know how much your international shipment
will be. UPS calculates shipping cost by
one standard dimension. Sometimes your order
will fall outside that dimension. In that
event you will be contacted regarding additional
shipping costs. Orders to Canada can not
be shipped to a P.O. Box. Returns / Exchanges
for international orders are subject to
return shipping costs.
** IMPORTANT! **
USOUTDOOR.com is not responsible for any
import taxes applied by some countries
on international orders. If you refuse
to pay import or customs tax levied by
the country to which your order was shipped,
your order may be destroyed or otherwise
disposed of by said authorities. If this
occurs you will not be entitled to any
refund from the U.S. Outdoor Store or
any of its affiliated partners.
** IMPORTANT SHIPPING TO MEXICO OR FRANCE**
Ship at your own
risk to Mexico and France. We have experienced
many problems shipping to Mexico and France
through UPS and USPS. In some cases packages
that get through to customs are destroyed
or stolen. If you decide to go through with
your order we will ship your package through
USPS, once your order is shipped it is your
financial responsibility. This means you
will be out the product and the money you
paid for the items and shipping if the package
does not arrive to you.
Credit Card Fraud Prevention

the difficulty in verifying foreign cards
and cardholders. If you use a credit card

UNUSED ITEMS,
with all of the original tags and packaging
must be post-marked to us within 15 days
of receiving your order for a full refund,
minus $8.00 restocking fee ($20.00 on tents,
sleeping bags, large backpacks, snowboard
boots and bindings, and ski boots and bindings.
$25.00 on snowboards, skis and wakeboards.)

you have the unique debit amount, return
to your "My Account" page and enter
the amount where indicated.
Once the random debit amount is verified,
we will charge the balance and ship
your order the same day.
Once again this procedure only applies to
